I have a similar issue, never had disconnecting issue on the controller that came with xbox series X, seems like an update few days ago messed up something, it would just keep disconnecting even on wired connection which is weird after every few minutes, also as microsoft only provides 90 days
FWIW, I have that VAVA one too and it disconnects constantly. I have last year's G14. I have a CableMatters USB-A Hub (3-port) with Ethernet, and a UGREEN USB2.0 ethernet adapter (10/100 only), and both don't do it on the USB-A port. I'm getting disconnections on the USB-C port though when I used a USB-C to A adapter for the CableMatters one

Might sound obvious but in device mangler>human interface>usb input device>properties>power management see if allow power off is selected' There will be more than one usb device listed. Check them all. Also could look for any usb or mouse events in both device mangler and event viewer.
Sorry for the hijack but i think i found a fix. -Find a tool called msi utility v3 on guru forums. -Check the "msi" box on all your USB controllers. -Put the Interrupt priority on high. -Click apply and you're done. fixed it for me. I was going crazy the last few weeks, dac dropout, mouse drop out, 5600x.
